Mr. Egolf specializes in technology-based
industries. He started his professional career with Cellpack
Ltd., a Swiss based industrial group, diversified in high performance plastic
components, packaging and electrical and electronic equipment, and acted for
5 years as Managing Director of this multinational group. Subsequently, he
served as General Manager of a medium-size international trading company in
the field of high-performance materials and parts and manufacturing
technology. From 1994 until end 1997 Mr. Egolf
worked for a restructuring fund and developed as Chairman and CEO of Zevatech Inc., a US-based industrial group, to a top
global player in the field of electronic assembly systems and semiconductor
